Frumle Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Welcome to Frumle ("Frumle," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Frumle platform, website, APIs, software, documentation, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Frumle provides tools and infrastructure that allow users to:

  • Create and manage API documentation
  • Publish developer portals
  • Store endpoint specifications
  • Manage API collections
  • Generate documentation from API schemas
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Utilize AI-powered documentation features
  • Access analytics and developer tools

We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have authority to enter into these Terms
  • Provide accurate registration information

You are responsible for maintaining account security.

4. Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Maintain accurate account information
  • Immediately notify us of unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, submit, create, or publish through the Services ("User Content").

  • Endpoint definitions
  • Comments and feedback

You grant Frumle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit User Content solely for operating and improving the Services.

6. Customer Data Ownership

All API definitions, documentation, projects, and related intellectual property uploaded to Frumle remain the property of the user or organization that owns them.

Frumle does not claim ownership of Customer Data.

7. AI Features

Frumle may offer AI-powered features.

You acknowledge:

  • AI-generated output may contain errors
  • AI responses should be independently reviewed
  • Frumle does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content

You remain solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content generated by AI features.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Upload malicious code
  • Distribute malware
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Reverse engineer the Services
  • Abuse rate limits
  • Use automated systems to scrape the platform without authorization
  • Upload unlawful or infringing content
  • Use Frumle to facilitate cyberattacks or unauthorized access to third-party systems

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating this policy.

9. Subscription Plans

Certain features require payment.

Subscription fees:

  • Are billed in advance
  • Are non-refundable except where required by law
  • May change with advance notice

Failure to pay may result in account suspension.

10. Free Plans

Free plans may be subject to:

  • Storage limits
  • API call limits
  • Team member limits
  • Feature restrictions

We may modify free plan offerings at any time.

11. Intellectual Property

Frumle owns all rights, title, and interest in:

  • Platform software
  • Design elements
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • AI systems
  • Documentation templates

No ownership rights are transferred to users.

12. Feedback

Any suggestions or feedback submitted to Frumle may be used without restriction or compensation.

13. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with third-party providers.

Examples include:

  • Cloud providers
  • Authentication services
  • Payment processors
  • Analytics platforms
  • AI providers

We are not responsible for third-party services.

14. Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Downtime may occur due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Security incidents
  • Infrastructure failures
  • Third-party outages

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRUMLE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY
  • RELIABILITY

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

FRUMLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT DAMAGES
  • INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
  • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOST PROFITS
  • LOST REVENUE
  • LOSS OF DATA

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO FRUMLE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frumle and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your User Content
  • Violations of these Terms
  • Violations of law

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts:

  • For Terms violations
  • For security reasons
  • For legal compliance
  • For prolonged inactivity

You may terminate your account at any time.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

20. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
